Why she is different
Humane care
She supports every patient with warmth and respect, not as just another number.
She takes her time
Her sessions are never rushed: she truly listens and gives each person the time they need.
She follows up
She doesn't abandon the process: she accompanies each patient's progress throughout treatment.
She gives her all
She is fully committed to her patients getting better, and never gives up on anyone who wants to improve.
There is no better psychiatrist than Tamara when it comes to humane care. She gives her all so her patients improve, if they are willing to. She follows up, never gives up, and truly takes her time in every session.
She is young, empathetic, beautiful inside and out, and treats each person with a warmth you don't always find. To me she is one of the best psychiatrists in Uruguay.

Research and thesis
She is a co-author of the Psychiatry Specialty Thesis (Monografía) "Evolution of Clozapine prescription in outpatients at Hospital Vilardebó, 2002–2022, Montevideo, Uruguay", whose results were presented as a poster at the conferences of the Academic Psychiatry Unit of the Faculty of Medicine (Hospital de Clínicas).
She wrote it together with Santiago Del Priore Uberti and Nathalia Carolina Orquera Ayala, under the tutoring of Sebastián Lema Spinelli, Matías Matos and Ismael Olmos. A rigorous study on the use of Clozapine —reserved for the most complex cases— that confirms her training as a specialist and her commitment to the best possible care.
